What is TSNAP?
TSNAP is a group of concerned parents that have come together to facilitate the development of a playground for the students attending Esther Starkman and Monsignor William Irwin. The schools officially opened September 1, 2010 and now goal is to start a Phase 1 build in Spring 2011. Learn more about how you can get involved in this important project.
